I love this massage chair! I bought it last Dec and it’s given me many hours of relaxation already. There are several preset options as well as customizable settings where you can pick and choose the movements you would like to combine. You’ll surely find something you like! My favorite is shiatsu and the tap setting just ramps up the relaxation factor regardless of the mode you select!
The white glove delivery worked well. The chair arrived ahead of the estimated delivery and they called to arrange a convenient time when I could be home to receive it. The delivery guy brought it all the way up to my third floor apartment and set it up! Watch the setup carefully; the delivery person was very helpful, but was from the courier and did not know about product setup. I helped with reading the directions and figuring out how things fit together. Luckily there are only a few pieces to attach. Most of the chair arrives pre-assembled.
The only negatives I can think of are that ‘adjustable rollers’ means that the height that the rollers travel can be adjusted. The distance between the rollers can not be adjusted. So if you have a particular sore spot, you might have to wiggle around a bit to get it by the roller.
The chair is *huge* and takes up waaay too much space in my living room. Thankfully, it’s comfortable and has become a favorite TV watching lounger as well.
